It will also help determine whether or not Newark's Internal Affairs Division thoroughly investigated citizen complaints.

Newark, NJ (PRWEB) February 23, 2010 -- The Internal Affairs Division has allegedly refused to investigate citizen complaints, and the complaints they claim to investigate are allegedly not thoroughly investigated. How can the residents of Newark have confidence that complaints they file against police officers for brutality and other acts of misconduct will be properly and thoroughly investigated?
In order to determine whether or not such alleged corruption facilitating practices occur, The Justice For All Show with the assistance and guidance of Advocates For Diversity In Our Schools will conduct “The Comparative Project to Measure the Effectiveness of the Newark New Jersey Police Department’s Internal Investigations and Discipline.”
Advocates For Diversity In Our Schools (A.D.I.OS.) decided to obtain information from the general public. Why bother with stonewalling tactics that prevent the public from obtaining basic information about the number and type of complaints filed by citizens? Advocates For Diversity In Our Schools simply obtained police misconduct information from the citizens. In duplicating the efforts of Advocates For Diversity In Our Schools, we at the Justice For All Show seek to contact anyone who has been a victim of Newark Police brutality or misconduct in the last ten years.
