He is known for providing litigation support services to the area's legal community and has testified in the U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court, Chancery Court, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, and the New York State Grand Jury.

Currently, Santora lectures on a variety of business and management issues and is active with community and association memberships. Santora also serves on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County and on the finance committee of St. Joseph on the Brandywine Roman Catholic Church.

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Santora holds a B.S. in Accounting. In 1988, he was selected as the Small Business Advocate of the Year for the State of Delaware by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
