The conference will feature nationally renowned speaker Eric Oliver of Meta Systems, Ltd.
Eric Oliver has specialized in nonverbal, verbal and implicit communication skills for over 28 years--25 working with attorneys. Along with teaching effective communication skills to attorneys and their firms, Mr. Oliver spends most of his time helping trial attorneys prepare and present more receiver-friendly cases for settlement presentations and in trial. He helps lawyers build a presentation plan for each case--adaptable to any venue--integrating the verbal, visual and personal parts of the case story based on decision maker needs and expectations uncovered in focus groups and voir dire.
In addition to his hands on work with attorneys, Mr. Oliver is co-author of "Courtroom Power: Communication Strategies for Trial Lawyers" and wrote "Facts Can't Speak for Themselves: Reveal the Stories That Give Facts their Meaning."
