Franklin, TN (PRWEB) December 5, 2009 -- Martin Biegelman was recently appointed Assistant Director for the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission (FCIC). The FCIC mission is to investigate the 2007-2009 financial crisis, the worst since the Great Depression. The bipartisan congressional commission will examine the causes, domestic and global, of the financial crisis in the United States and report findings and conclusions to the President and Congress. Mr. Biegelman will be on a leave of absence from his role as Director of the Financial Integrity Unit at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA while he serves on the FCIC.
Mr. Biegelman will be a featured speaker at the 2009 Governance Summit being held December 9-10, at the Embassy Suites – Cool Springs, Franklin, TN. The Conference is being co-hosted by The CooperGroup, LLC.
