Law Gallery Adds Handsome Gift Items for Legal Professionals

Long guilty of being a one-stop shop for high quality legal art, Law Gallery expands to add collectables and gifts aimed at lawyers and judges.

Pendleton, OR (PRWEB) November 10, 2009 -- LawGallery, the leading provider of museum-quality art for the legal community, is now offering carefully selected top-flight gifts and collectibles for lawyers and judges. “Our customers often ask us to find specific art pieces for them, but lately they’ve been requesting non-art gifts as well,” states President Mary Hallman. “There are several sites out there offering coffee mugs and humorous trinkets for various professionals, but there’s a real need for high-quality unique items for legal professionals. We’re stepping in to fill that need, and the response has been fantastic.”

Among the new offerings are crystal wine glasses and matching decanter, etched with a stylized ‘Dancing Scales of Justice’ - a design crafted by LawGallery’s team to appeal not only to lawyers and judges, but also to anyone who wants to pass judgment on a wine. “You won’t find these anywhere else,” states Hallman, “and they are priced for everyday use as well as for special occasions and gifts.”

LawGallery is also proud of its line of US-made pewter products. Pewter is enjoying a comeback thanks to renewed appreciation for quality hand-made items, and LawGallery has forged a partnership with a Connecticut manufacturer to create items specifically for lawyers and judges. One popular gift item is the Jefferson Goblet - a goblet designed to match one made for Thomas Jefferson (at his request, to hold his evening beverage). LawGallery’s Jefferson Goblet, however, adds the Scales of Justice on the side, an especially meaningful touch for those in the legal community. There are several other pewter items -- including the Mint Julep Cup. “Why wait for the Derby to enjoy Kentucky’s signature drink?” asked Hallman.

Another addition is a line of leather goods from Hamley & Co., legendary provisioner from Pendleton, Oregon. Hamley has been in the leather business since 1883, with a family history of saddle-making and leather craftsmanship going back many generations to Cornwall England. Today, Hamley leathers and saddles are not only a mark of excellence, they’re prized possessions that only improve with age. Hamley has partnered with LawGallery to bring its customers two unique styles of briefcases and portfolios, tools of the trade for lawyers and judges.

The expanded line of LawGallery is not all serious, however. With tongue only slightly in cheek they offer a Book Safe (a real book with a hidden compartment for hidden treasures) and a delightful Tabasco Holder (sterling silver, illustrated with Scales of Justice, of course!)

LawGallery invites all lawyers and judges to take a peek at their new, fun offerings. And the folks at LawGallery always enjoy receiving special requests. “We’ll never be the big-box store of the legal community,” admits Hallman, “and never want to be. Our strength, and enjoyment, is serving lawyers and judges one at a time, with unique, high-quality items they just can’t find elsewhere.” With their new offerings, LawGallery has hit the mark.
