(Vocus/PRWEB ) November 11, 2009 -- The California Brain Injury Association (CALBIA) invites you to participate in the 10th Annual Neuroscience of Brain Injury: Research, Medical Treatment, and Legal Practice Conference to be held November 20-21, 2009. Once again, participants are encouraged to join the fund raising golf tournament on November 19th at the prestigious Silverado Resort in Napa, California.

The 2009 conference will provide State-of-the-Art education to professionals across numerous fields and disciplines working with people with brain injury. This year’s panel features a highly distinguished faculty discussing a wide variety of topics related to traumatic brain injury as it relates to the medical field as well as the latest in legal information.

In addition to the esteemed faculty of speakers presenting at this conference, there will be numerous exhibitors on hand to discuss how their organization benefits those with brain injury.

CALBIA is truly grateful to Mr. Scarlett and Dr. Munday for their generous and unwavering support of this conference. Our venue, the Silverado Resort, is spectacular and world-renowned. Register early to ensure room availability.

CALBIA has also planned two evening receptions. On Thursday, November 19th, there will be a Welcome / Golf Awards Reception with local wineries pouring their wines, along with light hors d'oeuvres, and on Friday evening, an optional wine tasting event at the Silverado Vineyard is planned.

We hope you will join us for this very special conference and enjoy an invigorating educational experience in the remarkable environment of the Napa Valley.
