Peritoneal mesothelioma may have the following symptoms:

Abdominal pain or swelling Change in your bowel habits: diarrhea or constipation Lumps of tissue in the abdomen Unexplained weight loss

Symptoms of pericardial mesothelioma and mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis
The other forms of mesothelioma are so rare that not much information is available. The signs of pericardial mesothelioma may include difficulty breathing or chest pains. Mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis might be first detected as a mass on a testicle.
