Mark LeWinter, William Ricci, Clifford Rieders and Shanin Specter joined Alan Feldman, the course planner, on October 27, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Top of the Tower on Arch Street in Philadelphia. Feldman has been named a Top 100 Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, and a Pennsylvania Product Liability Super Lawyer. He served as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association and its 13,000 members in 2006 and is a past President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Recent successes include a $10 million settlement in an airbag non-deployment case, a verdict of more than $4 million for an infant killed in a trucking accident, and $6 million and $5.6 million verdicts in separate class action cases against a major automobile manufacturer.
