Orem, Utah (PRWEB) October 19, 2009 -- American Land Grab has upgraded Fairfield Bay Arkansas to the #1 buy and hold property!
What is this great news you ask?
Recently the Fairfield Bay Community Club has signed an agreement with Chesapeake Energy Corporation to allow the long awaited natural gas drilling operation under the Fairfield bay resort.
This arrangement started in 2005 and in 2006 the association voted to ban natural gas drilling, not to never allow it but to give the county the much needed time to write the legislation and regulation to govern drilling. In December of 2008 this legislation was completed which tightly regulates the conduct of Chesapeake Energy. This means that there is to be no unsightly mining operations and the community will remain one of the most beautiful areas in the country.
Why does this mean these properties are such a fantastic opportunity?
To start, the community club will receive a $1,500,000 signing bonus that is slated to be used in two ways. First they plan on spending the initial $500,000 to build a very nice hotel retreat in the resort which will be used to entice potential buyers to the area. Currently there are time shares and condo's in the resort but the community feels this will dramatically increase the amount of potential full time residents to the area. The balance, $1,000,000, will be used for infrastructure upgrades which will included bringing more city owned utilities to additional areas that currently require a septic system or wells for water.
That's only the beginning! The Community Club will also receive a incredible 2% royalty for the entire life of the wells! This could bring in millions of dollars to the community club which, since it is owned by the home and property owners, will be spent on upgrades, attracting buyers, and items which will increase the property values dramatically.
American Land Grab purchased several of these properties when they were available at the county tax sale. "Property owners will defiantly not allow these to go to tax sale next year and I am sure the ones that did last year are kicking themselves this year..." said Greg W. Anderson President of American Land Grab.
