Houston, TX (PRWEB) September 12, 2009 -- Susanne M. Nelson, Esq., formerly of Jones Day, launches Marshall Legal Staffing to provide quality and reliable attorney services on a temporary basis. This launch occurs in the midst of an explosion of outsourcing of discovery. Corporations and law firms alike recognize that the e-discovery rules and the increasing magnitude of electronic data require a new approach to discovery. The sheer volume of electronic data, the increase in attorney billing rates, and the cost squeeze on corporate America continue to drive the outsourcing of discovery. Particularly, in the current economic climate, there is an enormous pool of dedicated and talented attorneys ready and willing to take on these temporary positions. It makes more sense than ever to staff with temporary attorneys.
