PSS Systems Boosts Management Team with New Executives

Ediscovery solutions provider appoints former Agile Software exec Jeff Johnson as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, veteran finance exec Criss Harms as Chief Financial Officer

Mountain View, California (PRWEB) September 9, 2009 -- PSS Systems, the leader in information governance solutions, today announced the appointment of Jeff Johnson as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Criss Harms as Chief Financial Officer.

Jeff joins PSS with a distinguished track record in enterprise sales growth. He was previously Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Agile Software where he led global sales, services, and business development for many years prior to the company's acquisition by Oracle. Before joining Agile, Jeff led Global Sales at Blue Martini, building the team and revenue from pre-revenue through its IPO. Jeff's career spans 20 years in enterprise software sales at leading enterprise software companies such as SAP and Peoplesoft. Jeff served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from Washington State University.

Criss will lead PSS's finance, accounting and human resource activities. Prior to PSS, Criss was CFO at Transitive Corporation (IBM in December 2008) and Counterpane Internet Security (acquired by British Telecom). He previously served as the director of finance and controller for several successful venture-funded technology companies. He also founded Branders.com, a Web-based provider of promotional products, and served in corporate and divisional financial roles at Hewlett Packard. He earned his CPA while at Ernst & Young in San Francisco, and he holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BS from UC Berkeley.
