The Paul Revere Society & Dr. Michael Savage - Donate $50,000 to the Injured Police Officers Fund of Nevada

The Paul Revere Society and Syndicated radio host, noted author ofover 20 books and Director of the Paul Revere society Dr. Michael Savage will be therecipient of a humanitarian award for the generous $50,000 donation he made to theInjured Police Officers Fund of Nevada.

Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) September 22, 2009 -- The Paul Revere Society and Syndicated radio host, noted author of over 20 books and Director of the Paul Revere society, Dr. Michael Savage will be the recipient of a humanitarian award for the generous $50,000 donation he made to the Injured Police Officers Fund. The Injured Police Officers Fund (IPOF) was formed in October of 1982 and since then has served as central hub of assistance for all the police agencies in the greater Las Vegas area.

The Paul Revere Society is a patriotic organization with a core charter calling for the protection of this country's Borders, Language & Culture. Its Director Dr. Michael Savage is best known for his syndicated radio show "The Savage Nation". It's audience, ranges from 8 to 10 million listeners on close to 400 stations across America, making it the 3rd largest radio talk show in the country.

This gift will serve to help aide officers and families of those officers injured or killed in the line of duty.

Savage will be honored in Las Vegas in the fall of 2009. Publicly and personally, he is a great supporter of law enforcement agencies nationwide. He made a significant donation to the surviving families of the four Oakland Police Officers gunned down in the spring of 2009.

The Paul Revere Society and Dr. Savage pledged the current donation of $50,000.00 to the Clark County organization in June 2009.
