Alan Ankeles to supervise and coordinate all ongoing central-station training

Freeport, NY (PRWEB) September 11, 2009 -- NationWide Digital Monitoring Co., Inc., is proud to announce Alan Ankeles as the new Director of Operator Training at its central station in Freeport, NY.

Ankeles will help plan and supervise all training for current and new central-station employees.

Ankeles is Level 1 and Level 2 certified for central-station operation by the Central Station Alarm Association, having received extensive education and testing on a number of key operator functions, including: emergency procedures, alarm verification, communication equipment, telephone and radio skills, enhanced customer service skills, managing false dispatches, specialty alarms, communication paths and more.

Ankeles is also certified by the Security Industry Association as a central station trainer. He is a New York State certified teacher and a graduate of Saint John's University with a B.A. in education.

NWD operators are thoroughly screened and trained for honesty, integrity & ability, and must undergo continuous testing in order to maintain employment.
