(PRWEB) August 6, 2009 -- The Nursing Home Complaint Center is all about exposing elder abuse and/or nursing home abuses in the top 100 US metro areas, by educating the average citizen about the tell tale signs of elder abuse or nursing home abuse. At the same time, the Nursing Home Complaint Center wants to go after widespread Medicare and Medicaid fraud, in many to even most of our nation's nursing homes, along with other issues that could become class actions involving widespread elderly patient abuse or neglect. According to the group, "we want to team up with elder abuse/wrongful death law firms in top 100 US metro areas in California, Florida, Texas and other states, so we have a law firm in place to help potential victims in every major metro market." The group says, "the biggest problem we see right now is that potential victims do not know who to turn to if there is a problem, so we will do weekly press releases educating the nation about the various aspects of elder abuse, wrongful death and/or fraud in our nation's nursing homes." According to the Nursing Home Complaint Center, "for a law firm in a major metro area in California, Texas, Florida or other states, we think this will be a huge win for your firm and the victims of nursing home abuse and neglect in your market, and we do want to hear from interested lawyers or law firms." Lawyers or law firms that might have an interest in this are welcome to contact the Nursing Home Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via their web site at http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/08/Http://NursinghomeComplaintCenter.Com.

What will participation mean for a law firm or lawyer in a major metro area in California, Florida, Texas or other state?

  • The Nursing Home Complaint Center will endorse the law firm in a national press release for their specific metro area. The endorsement is designed to have a positive impact on Internet listings in the specific metro area of the law firm, as far as ranking.
  • The Nursing Home Complaint Center will do weekly press releases focused on everything a family member, or possible victim should know about nursing home abuse, nursing home wrongful death, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, and possible class type issues. The weekly press releases will last for a year. Starting in September 2009 and going through August of 2010.
  • The weekly press releases will encourage nursing home insiders to step forward, if they have specific proof of nursing home wrongdoing in their specific metro area. In the instances of insiders, the Nursing Home Complaint Center will work directly with the law firm assigned to that metro area or state.

This is all about creating a consumer win, a win for the taxpayer and a win for the participating law firms. Because California, Texas, Florida and the entire Southeast are ground zero for nursing home abuse and neglect, the group is placing a major emphasis on these areas.

Only one law firm will be allowed in any top 100 US major market, with the exception of smaller states. In these instances the law firm or lawyer will be exclusive for the entire state.

According to the Nursing Home Complaint Center, "this is all about making a difference for the elderly, for the taxpayers, and for the family members of victims. If there is a highly regarded, personal injury, elder abuse, nursing home wrongful death law firm in a major metro in California, Texas, Florida or any other state we want to hear from you." There is a modest fee for participation in this year long initiative. For more information interested lawyers, or law firms can contact the Nursing Home Complaint Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/08/http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/08/Http://NursingHomeComplaintCenter.Com.
