Our goal is to educate foreign nationals in various visa statuses, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E, and those on the path toward US permanent resident status. Understanding H-1b Visas (Employment Visa)

For the first time in several years, the H-1B visa cap has not been met on the first day that H-1B visas have been available. It remains to be seen for how long the H-1B visa cap remains open and available. Topics covered will include the H-1B cap, which employers are exempt from the cap, the H-1B timeline, how to meet H-1B requirements, the Labor Condition Application, prevailing wage issues, how to prepare an H-1B Petition, common pitfalls for H-1B employers, and how H-1Bs relate to student visas and green cards (permanent residency).
