Maryland Attorney Selected for Local Leadership Program

Nakia V. Gray, an associate with the Maryland law firm of Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, PA, has been appointed to the 2010 class of Leadership Prince George’s (LPG). Leadership Prince George’s is a ten-month leadership training program that seeks to enhance leadership skills, improve cultural awareness and acceptance, establish a networking system among community leaders; and provide opportunities for participants to become more active in various leadership roles in the community.

Ms. Gray focuses her practice in all areas of family law including, divorce, custody, adoption, and domestic violence. She was recently appointed to the Prince George’s County Bar Association Board of Directors and also serves on the Executive Board of the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association.

After successfully completing LPG in June 2010, Ms. Gray will join the ranks of over 700 participants who have graduated from LPG. LPG graduates may be found in the state legislature, on the county council, and in senior leadership positions in both government and private industry.
