The Probate Litigation Group is co-chaired by partners William Knowles and Jacqueline Rider, and represents beneficiaries, individuals or institutions acting in a fiduciary capacity, and charitable organizations involved in contested and uncontested matters involving trusts and estates in the probate courts and superior courts in Maine and Massachusetts.
