Employers are Making it Harder for Unions to Organize Workers and New York Construction Accident Lawyer, David Perecman Predicts More Accidents

This study, released on May 20, 2009, was conducted by Cornell University. The numbers were extracted from a survey of 1,004 union organizing drives.
