Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers Adds Two Experienced Litigation Attorneys to Connecticut Team

One of fastest-growing personal injury law firms in Connecticut sets new standard in client service with 25-person case management team that stays in frequent contact with clients

I'm delighted to welcome these experienced lawyers to our team and look forward to the contributions they will make in the continued growth of our firm

New Haven, Conn. (Lexis Nexis/PRWEB ) May 20, 2009 -- Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers, a fast-growing law firm that exclusively represents individuals who have suffered injuries in Connecticut, today announced the addition of two seasoned litigators to its team.

Jeffrey Lynch and Paul Clyons, both of whom are highly experienced attorneys who have handled a wide range of personal injury litigation, joined the Perkins firm this spring. Founded in 2005 and based in the New Haven, Conn. area, the law firm is among the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the state of Connecticut.

Lynch has been a litigating attorney since 1984, representing both insurance companies and individual clients in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and medical malpractice actions. He received his undergraduate degree from Catholic University and his law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Clyons has more than 30 years of experience as a litigator, including extensive work representing individuals with both personal injury and workers' compensation claims. He earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his law degree from the University of Detroit Law School.

"I'm delighted to welcome these experienced lawyers to our team and look forward to the contributions they will make in the continued growth of our firm," said Perkins, the founding partner. "We've chosen to limit our practice to personal injury law, which means that, unlike other law firms, the entire Perkins firm is organized to take special care of clients who have been injured due to the negligence and wrongful acts of others."

According to Perkins, one illustration of how the firm has set a new standard of excellence for client service is the creation of a dedicated case management team comprised of full-time employees who monitor each case file daily and reach out to each client every two weeks with updates. The firm's case management team continues to grow and now includes 25 staff members.

Although all types of injured clients may be helped, Perkins lawyers mainly focus on cases involving auto accidents, defective products, dog bites, lead poisoning, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, slip and fall, and wrongful death.
