Michael J. Balanoff is a member at Green & Seifter Attorneys and practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, workouts, debtor and creditor rights, business acquisitions, real estate and telecommunications. Balanoff is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator with over ten years of experience working with cases in commercial transactions, bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, and workouts. He is on a select Panel of Mediators and Arbitrators for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and is a Founding Member and Past President of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association. David A. Holstein is a member at Green & Seifter Attorneys and serves on its Board of Managers. He has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers - Upstate Edition 2009 for his work in estate planning & probate. Holstein's practice in this area includes estate, retirement, business succession and tax planning, and probate and trust administration for individuals, estates and trusts, family-owned businesses, private foundations and charitable organizations. Steven A. Paquette is a member of the firm. Harrison V.
