The firm is pleased to announce that Abhik A. Huq, Daniel S. Goldberg, and Kristine L. Butler have joined the firm as Of Counsel.

Huq, Goldberg, and Butler have a tremendous amount of experience. Huq and Goldberg bring significant prosecution, licensing, and due diligence experience to the firm's Electrical Department and Butler is a seasoned litigator with nearly ten years of intellectual property litigation experience.
Huq, most recently counsel in the Philadelphia office of Gibbons, has been an IP practitioner for more than 15 years. He was also Director of Law & Exports for the Sarnoff Corporation for more than seven years, managing the IP group and a portfolio of more than 1,000 properties.

Goldberg, also most recently counsel in the Philadelphia office of Gibbons, worked at Sarnoff as Director of IP Operations. He has nearly 15 years of legal experience and was an associate in the IP groups of Dechert and Duane Morris.

Butler joins the firm after seven years in the Princeton office of Mathews, Shepherd, McKay and Bruneau. Most recently involved in Paragraph IV litigation, Butler has extensive experience prosecuting and defending patent infringement claims. She also has experience in Lanham Act litigation.
