Following law school Lorinda was invited to join the legal department at Doctors Associates Inc. the franchisor for the Subway franchising system, where she was a key member of its Dispute Resolution Group specializing in complex commercial litigation. Lorinda was also the point person for the creation of the Subway franchise audit metric designed to create transparency and accountability to franchisees going through an audit.
With her past experience, Lorinda has built relationships with and will introduce The Spy Place Franchising to some of the finest business professionals, business organizations, franchise development agents, and franchise coaching groups, from with-in the industry.
