United Law Group welcomed 23-year veteran litigator Robert J. Buscho and former-CPA turned attorney Andy Epstein. Buscho and Epstein bring a wealth of experience that will expand the firm's expertise in real estate law.
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) March 18, 2009 -- United Law Group, the leading provider of legal foreclosure prevention and debt resolution services, today announced that 23-year veteran litigator Robert J. Buscho and former-CPA turned attorney Andy Epstein joined the firm. The addition of these powerhouse attorneys expands United Law Group's depth in real estate law.
United Law Group retains some of the top real estate attorneys in the country. Focused on helping honest Americans to find a legal resolution to debt-related issues, the firm recently expanded its practice to support homeowners who've been victimized by predatory "loan modification" companies.
"Our clients deserve the best," said Sean Rutledge, Managing Director for United Law Group. "Robert Buscho and Andy Epstein bring the right kind of experience to our team. Their individual and collective strengths will allow us to help the growing number of people across the country who are seeking legal representation managing debt-related issues."
Epstein is a multifaceted attorney with expertise in litigation, business transactions, trust law, debt negotiation, bankruptcy, tax law and finance. He was admitted to Supreme Court of California in 2002; U. S, District Courts for the Central & Southern Districts of California; and U.S. Tax Court.
In his prior career Epstein was a CPA.
"Andy Epstein's background makes him an asset to the firm," said Rutledge. "His understanding of debt settlement from a tax perspective will be invaluable to our clients."
Buscho is a dynamic court-seasoned attorney. He first chaired four jury trials and tried over three hundred post-foreclosure unlawful detainer proceedings. He's conducted judicial foreclosures and receiverships, and brings significant experience from both lenders' and borrowers' perspectives in dealing with TILA, RESPA, and HIDC claims.
He previously managed his own private practice.
"Robert Buscho's understanding of lender practices will prove invaluable in assisting our clients," said Rutledge. "We're excited to have him on our team."
Buscho will work with Epstein and others helping homeowners that seek representation from United Law Group in resolving their real estate and other debt issues.
