In keeping with the firms philosophy of only hiring experienced disability attorneys to help in the representation of their clients, the Kazmierczak disability law firm is pleased and excited to announce Darren T. Suelto, Esq. as the newest member of the Social Security Disability team.
Oakland, NJ (PRWEB) January 16, 2009 -- The Disability Law Firm of Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLP, has a new addition to their expanding disability practice. Darren T. Suelto, Esq., joined the firm in August of 2009. Mr. Suelto will be handling Social Security Disability cases, as well as a long-term disability. Darren brings considerable experience of eight years in trial advocacy and Social Security disability. The firms newest attorney is a hard-working and enthusiastic lawyer. Mr. Suelto graduated from Brooklyn Law school in 1999 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2000. In 2001 he graduated with a Masters of business administration from Baruch College.
Darren explains, "Like Karl Kazmierczak, Esq., I believe in the 'personal touch' when it comes to handling our clients cases. Unlike some companies who do not have attorneys but only have advocates who appear on their client's behalf, we will personally handle each and every case. Thus, the client is assured that an admitted attorney speaks on their behalf. We mean no disrespect to firms that use non-attorney advocates but we believe those clients who choose us expect a lawyer to represent them in their disability claim."
Mr. Suelto originally grew up in New York City but is happy to now live in New Jersey. When not reviewing are developing cases, Darren likes music and cinema, as well as traveling with his wife, Maila.
Kazmierczak & Kazmierczak, LLP is proud to have Darren as a part of the team to help Social Security Disability, Veteran Disability and Long Term Disability clients get the benefits they deserve. Karl Kazmierczak believes, "The hiring of Darren is consistent with our philosophy of only having experienced disability attorneys representing our clients."
Darren will also be contributing periodically to the law firm's free guide on social security disability benefits which should add some new insight and new topics to the popular and informative site.
