Jaeckle Fleischmann's Labor & Employment team will host a series of breakfast briefings outlining the implications of the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) and steps that can be taken at this time to proactively prepare for its anticipated enactment; the briefings will run through February and are complimentary.
