Mallenbaum has more than 25 years of corporate and transactional experience, particularly at the intersection of technology and capital. He will continue to advise clients on complex business transactions focusing on private equity and technology and coordinating multi-party global business transactions. He has structured investment funds, equity financings, acquisitions, multi-party joint ventures and has negotiated, structured and implemented virtually every type of transaction in the technology sector.
Everhard will maintain his focus on venture transactions, financings, restructurings, public offerings, strategic planning, governance matters, private equity and all forms of exit transactions. He will assist technology driven companies and entrepreneurs in achieving fundraising, commercialization and exit strategies.
Hayes' practice is focused on private equity and leveraged finance transactions, raising public and private capital, fund formation and corporate governance, and strategic advice. His clients include private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and public and private companies in a wide range of industries.
