Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions Launches Equivio-Powered Services for Near-Duplicates and Email Threads

Equivio announced today that the legal solutions division of Pitney Bowes Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI), one of the nation's largest full-service litigation support providers, has launched an Equivio-based service for the detection of near-duplicate documents and the reconstruction of email threads. Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions (PBLS) is offering Equivio as part of its end-to-end litigation support services.

The integration includes the ability to organize, assign and review documents by near-duplicate groupings, together with the Equivio>Compare tool which redlines the differences between similar documents. The integration also presents the email thread hierarchy, displaying all the branches and sub-branches of the thread.
