Advanced search features increase the accuracy of results by including messages with misspelled words, phrases that sound similar to the keyword, and closely related terms that otherwise might be missed. A dynamically-generated overview of all search results provides users with the ability to browse categories, as well as refine searches by location, author, date, and topic. This decreases the chance of an email from being accidentally omitted during e-discovery, an oversight that can cost organizations hefty regulatory fines and penalties or, worse, a lost court case.
New Archiving Features
To enforce record retention and disposition, M+Archive automates email archiving based on policies established by the organization. It also automatically moves older email records onto more cost-effective storage devices and destroys records at their permitted end-of-life cycle to free up storage space for newer archived records. The new release also offers new storage enhancements and more options for storing archived email records to lower costs. Its native support for single instant storage (SIS) eliminates the need to store duplicate email attachments, resulting in an upfront cost savings of up to 50%.

The new release of M+Archive also introduces full application-level support for clustering and load balancing.
