US cities refocus efforts in the shadow of Mumbai Terror attacks
Miami, FL (PRWEB) December 17, 2008 -- Security Solutions International, SSI, the leading Homeland Security training company today announced that that University Park PD in Dallas will host the well-known SSI program, "The Islamic Jihadist Threat" on April 7th and 8th, 2009.
"The events in Mumbai underlined the vulnerability of our hotel security, mall security, religious community centers security, port security and school security; it shows how a few terrorists can hold the world hostage," stated Sol Bradman, CEO of SSI. "Our training focuses on the Islamic cultural and religious rationale behind this kind of attack and carefully traces the historical rise of the Islamic Jihad worldwide."
Presented by an Iranian Muslim, who today works for the counter terror unit of a well-known California agency, the seminar has been highly praised for more than 3 years now by Federal, State and local agencies. Attended thus far by representatives of more than 300 different agencies, the two-day program shows the modus operandi and historical context of phenomena such as suicide bombers, and illustrates this with examples from Islam's history.
"Islamic History and Islamic Fundamentalism together with a fanatical political and social agenda are a truly dangerous combination," states Bradman. "By attending this presentation, our First Responders will be better equipped by understanding the threat."

Are You a Potential Victim of Lawfare?
SSI's non-profit organization, "Protecting the Homeland", is our newest initiative in championing democratic processes. In the dynamic arena for counteracting Islamic extremism masked under the exploitation of civil liberties, many have fallen victim to Lawfare--the formula is predictable. So-called anti-terrorist organizations, aligned with Islamic extremism, blatantly abuse the laws, freedoms and loopholes of the most liberal nation on earth to help finance and direct the world's most violent international terrorism cells.
The "Protecting the Homeland" organization charter embodies two main objectives: ceaseless dedication in counter-acting Islamic radicals who repeatedly attempt to threaten our constitutional freedoms, and channeling funds to educate US First Responders through sponsorship of training programs in the USA and Israel.
