OutIndex Sponsors Two-Time Defending English and British Sanshou Martial Arts Champion for 2008 European Championship Tournament

Both Sanshou and eDiscovery require discipline, experience and real-world application.

Kennington, London, UK (PRWEB) August 18, 2008 -- OutIndex (www.OutIndex.com), the leading electronic discovery software company in Europe, today announced that it will sponsor Jon Robson, the two-time defending English and British Sanshou Martial Arts Champion, to represent the UK at the 2008 European Championship Tournament to be held October 16 in Warsaw, Poland.

Mr. Robson has been a fighting arts student since he was a child, studying Karate, boxing and Sanshou. Mr. Robson has trained at the Shaolin Temple UK with two 34th generation Shaolin monks in the art of Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanshou. "Once I defined my vision, I was able to dedicate myself to becoming a champion," said Mr. Robson. "I see the same qualities of vision, dedication, discipline and success at OutIndex. I am grateful for their support so I can represent my country in the European championship."

Kung Fu is composed of two components. Taolu, also referred to as Forms, are series of predetermined movements combined so they can be practiced as one linear set of movements. Sanshou is the pratical application of Taolu in a realistic situation. As a sport, Sanshou is an exciting, explosive full-contact martial art involving punching, kicking and throwing techniques.

"There are a lot of similarities between Sanshou and electronic discovery," said Nii Larnyoh, president and CEO of OutIndex. "Sanshou and electronic discovery are both forms of combat, fought using a formal set of rules, yet each bout is unique. We are pleased to sponsor Jon in an art form that, like law, that continues to evolve from its roots over 5,000 years ago."
