Production output of the GroupWise processed mail is available HTML or Microsoft Outlook PST format, including messages, calendar items, tasks and address books. OutIndex is able to limit the amount of responsive data with de-duplication technology as well as date filtering and a highly accurate keyword search methodology.

These languages typically do not use punctuation or spaces to delineate words and therefore require specialized indexers to determine word and phrase breaks.
