Marex Group Forms Business Development Department and Promotes Three Strategic Employees

Marex Group Inc., is excited to announce the promotion of Jon Eilers to Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this new role Mr. Eilers is responsible for the leadership and management of the newly formed Business Development Department. Mr. Eilers will report directly to Mark Creglow, Chief Operating Officer.

Since joining the Marex Gorup on January 1st 2004, Mr. Eilers has held the positions Vice President of Sales and Business Development. "Over the last 4 years, Marex Group, Inc. has seen significant growth and Jon has been a key contributor to our momentum," said Rex Lamb, President. Commenting on his promotion, Mr. Eilers added, "My primary focus has been and will continue to be on the continued growth of our organization and the success of our strategic partners."

Mr. Eilers will work closely with, and direct the efforts of two new strategic additions to the Business Development team, Chris Glauch and Jerry Whelan.

Chris Glauch will assume the role Vice President of Business Development formally held by Mr. Eilers. Mr. Glauch was formerly Director of Sales for the Docuvation SMB Imaging Solution. Mr. Glauch will have lead responsibility for driving the growth of the FileBound Capture Pro solution, Marex Group's valued hardware solutions partners, and expanding the FileBound VAR Channel. Mr. Glauch will report to Jon Eilers, Senior Vice President of Business Development. "Chris has repeatedly and consistently delivered results for our organization," said Jon Eilers, SVP Business Development. "His leadership and drive for success will be invaluable to not only our Business Development team, but to all of our valued partners."

Jerry Whelan has assumed the position of Vice President for Strategic Alliances. Mr. Whelan formerly served as Vice President of Marketing for Marex Group, Inc. In his new role Mr. Whelan will have lead responsibility for developing new channel opportunities, managing OEM software solution providers, and leading key strategic document capture initiatives. Mr. Whelan will report to Jon Eilers, Senior Vice President of Business Development.
