Arthur Pearlstein is Professor of Law and Director of the Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), Haverford College (B.A.) and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University (M.Disp.Res.). Pearlstein previously served as the general counsel and director of Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Programs at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).
