Current Collection of Multi-Jurisdictional Surveys Grows to Ten

The Criminal Liability of Companies survey was prepared by the Lex Mundi Business Crimes and Compliance Practice Group and provides an overview of some of the key criminal offense laws in each jurisdiction. The Issues in Real Estate Investment and Finance survey was prepared by the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group and is the first in a series of real estate surveys to be produced by this group.
