Mid-size law firm Danna McKitrick P.C. has been selected by MSI Global Alliance as the alliance's exclusive St. Louis law firm member.
(PRWEB) June 4, 2008 -- MSI Global Alliance (MSI) has moved to increase its law firm presence in the United States of America by appointing leading, independent law firm Danna McKitrick as its St. Louis law firm member with geographic exclusivity in the state of Missouri.
Established in 1984, Danna McKitrick is a 26-attorney firm providing business and personal legal services to local and national clients, some of whom have international operations. In addition to general business law, services also include bankruptcy and creditors' rights, employment and labor, intellectual property, real estate, and taxation. The firm's personal and family law services include estate planning and administration, guardianships, probate matters, and marital dissolutions or modifications. Other litigation and alternative dispute resolution services include professional malpractice, insurance defense, public pension funding and other intra-governmental matters, and commercial disputes.
Ruth Binger, a principal and member of the firm's Executive Committee, says: "With a growing number of our clients extending operations outside of St. Louis, and indeed outside of the U.S., we must offer seamless access to carefully selected, trustworthy, independent law firms elsewhere in the U.S. and abroad. We short-listed three international law associations and, by a clear margin, were won over by MSI's commitment to recruiting excellent firms, its high quality peer-to-peer education and collaboration, and its strong international coverage. MSI extends our reach to 100 countries and provides a solid platform on which to develop our firm's national and international practice."
James Mendelssohn, MSI's Chief Executive, says: "St. Louis is an important Midwest business hub where MSI needs a strong law firm member that can handle the varied and complex needs of our members' increasingly demanding clients. Danna McKitrick fits this requirement perfectly and shares our members' commitment to quality and personal service. We are very confident that the clients of our member firms are in excellent hands in St. Louis."
MSI now has close to 60 member firms across the U.S. that are able to provide clients with the full range of legal, tax, accountancy and audit services.
Mendelssohn adds: "We plan to continue our growth in the U.S. and are looking to appoint law firm members in Houston, Las Vegas, Memphis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, and San Antonio. Strong independent firms are invited to come forward."
