Colorado Superlawyer Beth Klein Named a Fellow of The Litigation Counsel of America

The Litigation Counsel of America is an exclusive trial lawyer honorary society that is invitation only and represents a mere one half of one percent of all American lawyers. Established to reflect the new face of the American bar, the LCA serves to recognize lawyers that are highly qualified, experienced, and deserving. The organization also serves as an outlet and a resource for scholarly legal articles, stands as a source for professional development, promotes legal ethical standards, and promotes community involvement through its membership. The composition of the LCA is highly diverse, with recognition coming throughout all segments of the bar.

Fellows are chosen after demonstrating great ethical reputation and superb accomplishment in both trial work and litigation. LGA Fellows are usually partners or shareholders, or work independently and have multiple years of experience as a proven attorney. Government attorneys and in-house counsel are also considered for the prestigious honor. A maximum of 3,500 Fellows are placed, per membership guidelines.

There will be a ceremony honoring Denver personal injury attorney Beth Klein and the other new Fellows in Napa Valley, California at the Fall Conference and Induction of Fellows. The event will be held at The Vintage Estate on October 30-31, 2008.
