Security Solutions International (SSI), publisher of The Counter Terrorist Magazine, a Journal for Homeland Security Professionals distributed nationally to law enforcement personnel and members of the First Response community, has named experienced counter-terrorism expert Chris Graham as the magazine's new editor.
Miami, FL (PRWEB) May 12, 2008 -- Following a tremendously successful launch of The Counter Terrorist Magazine at this year's GovSec and National Urban Area Security Initiative conferences, SSI has named Mr. Chris Graham as Publishing Editor. Apart from his extensive expertise in a number of areas related to Homeland Security, Mr. Graham brings with him a roster of highly talented writers with a unique and first-hand view of the issues currently threatening America's interests at home and abroad.
About Chris Graham and His Expert Writing Team
An expert in international counter-terrorism and irregular warfare operations, Mr. Graham is currently a law enforcement instructor working with the U.S. State Department, Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program. As a former Marine, Mr. Graham has significant experience working as part of foreign and domestic intelligence and military organizations. In his 20 year military career he served as Company Commander of an Anti-Terrorism Battalion, leading the group through the Israel Defense Force's Counter-Terrorism School, a first for U.S. forces.
As a Task Force Commander and Forward Air Controller in Iraq, he led U.S. Marine forces in the successful recapture of Udaim and directed Close Air Support (CAS) operations in the Battle for Fallujah. Honorably discharged from active service at the rank of Captain, Graham received a Purple Heart and other awards for his years of excellent service. Holding a B.A. in Psychology (concentration in Criminal Justice) from Auburn University, Mr. Graham is also a prolific author, his articles on security issues having been published in the Miami Herald and other nationally syndicated publications.

On the latest additions to the Counter Terrorist's staff, SSI President Henry Morgenstern comments, "We pride ourselves in offering those dedicated to the cause of Homeland Security the very best and latest information through vehicles like The Counter Terrorist Magazine. This includes the contributions of military professionals with critical, first-hand experience, not only in fighting the ongoing war on terror, but in training all levels of military, government, and law enforcement personnel across the U.S. and internationally in the detection and prevention of security threats.
