In view of current homeland security, more employers are requiring pre-employment background checks that include fingerprinting.The electronic process is fast, with submission of fingerprints transmitted directly to the California Department of Justice and the FBI. This is a step that will probably not payoff immediately, but notaries who plan on being around for awhile will be in a great position once more banks come on board with enotarizations.
