Colorado Superlawyer to discuss tactics in trial preparation.

This seminar will cover all the bases on the uses, the different types, costs, and benefits of focus groups in case preparation and jury selection. An overview of ethical considerations in jury selection in the age of the interest will be covered. This seminar will help litigators of all types learn the essentials of this trial tool so that they can enhance their trial practices.
The presenters at the seminar will be Carrie R. Frank and Beth A. Klein.
Ms. Frank has been practicing for 20 years, primarily in the area of products liability. She is currently Special Counsel with Beth Klein, P.C. in Boulder where her practice focuses on cases involving defective products including medical devices, drugs and toys, other personal injury matters and bad faith cases. She was rated one on the top 3000 lawyers by LawDragon. She has extensive experience with jury focus groups and jury selection, and Carrie offers jury selection and case development services to other lawyers.
