Several senior attorneys from the firm of Sacks Montgomery, PC will bring their practice in construction law and commercial litigation to Schnader.
New York, NY (PRWEB) January 30, 2008 -- The New York lawyers at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP are proud to welcome four new attorneys to the Firm's New York City office: David E. Montgomery, Scott St. Marie, and Thomas F. Giordano, who were all previously with the law firm of Sacks Montgomery, PC, and Allison A. Snyder, who was previously of counsel with Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP. The Firm is also adding one paralegal and three staff members who were previously employed with Sacks Montgomery. The Sacks Montgomery firm, which was a nine-lawyer firm specializing in construction and surety law and in general commercial litigation, practiced for 40 years with offices in New York City and Westport, Connecticut. While the firm was highly successful, very much in demand, and very well-regarded in its areas of practice, its lawyers made the difficult decision to close the firm at the end of 2007 and to bring their clients and personnel to a larger firm setting with a greater array of services to offer their current clients.
