American Association for Justice (AAJ) mid-year convention to be held this month.

Robb has been invited to speak on the topic of helicopter crash lawsuits at the mid-year convention of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), to be held later this month in Puerto Rico. The Association is the world's largest trial lawyer's bar association, with over 50,000 members worldwide. Mr. Robb's speech titled, "Ten Tips for Handling Helicopter Crashes", will be presented on January 29, 2008 as part of the popular "Litigation at Sunrise" program.
Mr. Robb's victories as a successful aviation attorney include a $350 million dollar verdict in a helicopter crash case (Barnett v. La Societe Anonyme Turbomeca France, 963 S.W.2d 639 (Mo. App. 1997)), a United States record for a single wrongful death in an aviation case. Mr. Robb is the Immediate Past Chair of the Aviation Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He is also past-president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorney's (MATA).
