The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB) is a nonpartisan alliance committed to furthering litigation management and promoting the highest levels of ethical standards and practice for legal representation. The Council sponsors educational programs, provides oversight, and certifies lawyers and law firms who meet high standards of excellence. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only, based on nominations from CEB Fellows. Each member attorney must complete Council-developed CLE ethical training annually.
