Tax Lady Roni Deutch Celebrates Halloween with Massive Party and Trick-Or-Treating for Local Receiving Home

Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation looked more like a Halloween extravaganza than a law firm as tax lady Roni Deutch celebrated her favorite holiday with a massive party. The celebration included an extravagant costume contest and trick-or-treating for children from the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento.

North Highlands, CA (PRWEB) November 6, 2007 -- Tax lady Roni Deutch celebrated Halloween in her usual style with a massive Halloween party and festivities throughout the day.

"My fondest childhood memories are all from times when I was spending Halloween with my family," notes Ms. Deutch. "I remember dragging my older brothers and sisters out to go trick-or-treating with my brother Rusty and I for hours and hours. Nothing brought me more joy then to come home with a bag overflowing with candy after a long Halloween night. Every year we invite children from the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento to come trick-or-treat through our offices because I know how great a feeling trick-or-treating can be. These children have been through so much and I am proud of my employees for voluntarily bringing in candy every year to give out to the children."

Nearly sixty children arrived at the law firm at around 10:00 AM for trick-or-treating. The law firm's employees gathered outside of their offices and cubicles to hand out candy to the children as they passed by. Afterwards, volunteers treated them to a trip through the firm's haunted house that was built by law firm employees. "Seeing the children smile made it all worth it," claims Suzanne Burke who coordinated the trick-or-treating and guided the children through the offices. "They were all so adorable in their Halloween costumes and were so excited just to be here."

Trick-or-treating was only the beginning of the festivities. Included in the firm's annual Halloween celebration were extremely competitive costume and office decorating contests. "People got really into the competitions," noted Assistant Managing Attorney Justin Hein. "This year we had some of the most incredible costumes I've ever seen. We had one employee dressed as a GEICO cave man whose costume featured a prosthetic nose and makeup that took hours to apply. Another male employee dressed up like Lindsay Lohan with attention to detail including sunglasses, a fake cigarette, and an ankle monitor."

Ms. Deutch herself was dressed as a giant surfboard, with stickers identical to those found on her own surfboard. "I love Halloween because it let's us celebrate the freaks that we all are," says Ms. Deutch, who could barely walk in her own costume. "I just love getting all dressed up seeing the insane costumes my employees come up with. Every year the costumes just keep getting wilder and wilder." During the costume competition, Ms. Deutch handing out $5,000 in gift certificates including twenty-five $100 honorable mention prizes.
