Paperless Court System in Garland, TX Receives National Recognition

John Mathias of the National Center for State Courts says, "Garland's Municipal Court's paperless operation is a success story that deserves national attention." Garland officials presented their digital imaging and workflow system at the recent Court Technology Conference in Tampa, FL.
