Helen, Georgia (PRWEB) November 24, 2007 -- Harriet Carter, North Georgia Mountain Realty, is pleased to announce the publication (Online and In Print) of The New York Times Havens/Travel article about the North Georgia Mountain housing market, written by Joseph "Sam" Starnes. New York Times Georgia Mountains Article

Carter was called by Starnes several weeks ago- and met with him for an "interview/lunch"
"I asked Sam how he happened to pick ME as one of the people he was going to interview for the article. He said that while doing his research, he found my websites GetGeorgiaMtns and many other places I had been quoted, such as last year's article about North Georgia in the Wall Street Journal. I guess my internet presence and knowledge of the market prompted his call!"
Carter also supplied Starnes with the names of many of her clients who have second homes in the North Georgia Mountains. Many of her clients are from the Atlanta and Florida markets. Some customers have second homes that they use exclusively for their own personal use, but many others, use their cabins or condos as rental income investment properties
Says Carter, "Helen is the third largest attraction in Georgia, "playing "hostess" and welcoming in over 2 million visitors a year. It makes perfect sense to invest in the North Georgia Mountains. Real Estate is most ALWAYS a good investment."
Starnes had also visited the Innsbruck Golf Resort website, created by Carter, Innsbruck Golf Resort and had many questions about the gated golf community - so Harriet said, "Let's take a ride and I will tell you all about it while we tour Innsbruck."
Innsbruck is an award-winning, championship golf resort with all the amenities you would expect to find in an upscale community: Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Clubhouses, Pro-Shop, "19th-Hole Lounge"- and gated security. Carter explained the layout of Innsbruck and it's many "sections" - The Village, Estates, Alpine, Igls. She showed him excellent building lots, duplexes and homes ranging from a basic cabin style to more grand "golf getaway second homes, the Estate Homes of permanent residences and rental income investment properties. Nightly rentals that are income producing vehicles for investors.
Harriet Carter and North Georgia Mountain Realty would like to thank Joseph "Sam" Starnes- and the New York Times- for this insightful article about affordable second homes in the Northeast Georgia Mountains- and draw attention to our special piece of "paradise"- the glorious North Georgia Mountains!
