The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB) announced today, Ms. Janet Reno as the first recipient of the Council's Canons of Ethics Award, which recognizes an individual's pursuit of ethics, justice and equity.
New York, NY (PRWEB) November 21, 2007 -- The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB) announced today, Ms. Janet Reno as the first recipient of the Council's Canons of Ethics Award, which recognizes an individual's pursuit of ethics, justice and equity.
"Ms. Reno, the only female Attorney General of the United States, was the obvious choice for this award," said Adam Potter, President of the Council. "She appointed ethics advisers in each U.S. attorney's office, served at the University of Miami Law School's Center for Ethics and Public Service conducting training seminars, and has lectured on ethical issues for many years."
The Canons of Ethics Award will be presented at the Council's annual conference, co-hosted with the International Litigation Management Association on March 13- 14, 2008.
