Mr. Marcus was selected through an extensive process based on peer nominations, blue ribbon panel review and independent research. Super Lawyers magazine is published in all 50 states, with a reach of more than 13 million readers. The yearly Super Lawyers list features outstanding lawyers from more than 60 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Mr. Marcus attended the State University of New York at Binghamton and then went on to the Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York where he completed his B.A. degree. Mr. Marcus then found himself as a fellow classmate of Steven Schwartzapfel at Pace University School of Law. Soon after receiving his J.D. degree, Mr. Marcus was admitted to the Bar in New York and U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Robert was elected to the Super Lawyers List in 2006 as well. Mr. Marcus concentrates his legal practice in the areas of personal injury, construction accidents and mass torts.
