Remploy Frontline Launches Innovative CBRN BodyBag

Provides 48 hours of secure transport of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear contaminated contents.

Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) October 5, 2007 -- Remploy Frontline announced today the availability of the new state of the art CBRN BodyBag,. The CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological,, and Nuclear) BodyBag which provides an industry-leading 48 hours of containment for any contents possibly contaminated by chemical agents and/or various toxic chemicals.

The new CBRN BodyBag is manufactured from an innovative barrier fabric which combines two chemically resistant materials to facilitate optimum containment. These materials pass ASTM International's F1001 code. The bag is available in two sizes: Adult and Body Part, and combines a unique ventilation system for improved functionality. An integrated National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved CBRN F12 filter prevents bag expansion while barring the escape of CBRN agents.

"We are committed to producing groundbreaking products which afford effective solutions for military personnel and first responders throughout the world," said Terry Silampa, Vice President of ADI Technologies,Inc., Remploy Frontline's US Government Representative. "As you would expect with a Remploy Frontline design, product integrity is paramount and a high performance interior Texon hydrophilic pad provides greater absorbency, preventing collapse when wet."

All seams and handles in the CBRN BodyBag are hermetically heat sealed. A semi-rigid lip includes an innovative zip-edge design that significantly reduces the risk of liquid spill on opening. In addition, carriers have significant improvement in their ability to carry the CBRN BodyBag with four pull handles strategically placed for easy transportation. These handles have been subjected to 1000 Newtons pull test to ensure maximum durability.
