HRchitect, the premier HCM systems strategic planning consulting firm, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Ron Hanscome as Vice President of HCM Technology Strategy Consulting.
Frisco, TX (PRWEB) October 4, 2007 -- HRchitect, the premier HCM systems strategic planning consulting firm, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Ron Hanscome as Vice President of HCM Technology Strategy Consulting.
As Vice President of HCM Technology Strategy Consulting and a member of the executive team, Hanscome will lead a team of highly talented and experienced consultants in the highest growth practice at HRchitect. Hanscome and his team will work with companies in reviewing their HR systems and processes and in developing HCM technology strategies that outline strategy, vision and objectives for HR technology throughout an organization.
"We had a growing need for a dedicated, strong person with market presence and knowledge to take our HCM Technology Strategy practice to the next level," stated Dan Katavola, VP of Consulting Services and co-founder of HRchitect. "The consulting team that we have at HRchitect is what really sets us apart from our competition. Ron adds a tremendous amount of value and real-world experience as we continue to set standards for the industry when it comes to HR and Talent Management Systems strategic planning consulting."
"Ron's breadth of experience makes him the right person to lead the HCM Technology Strategy practice and further our role as innovators and leaders in this market," added Rick Fletcher, President and co-founder of HRchitect. "As we continue to grow and scale our operations, it is important that we have proven veterans on board who can focus on our continued growth and development as a world class consulting organization. Ron brings a unique perspective, intellect and experience set that will give us opportunities to assist more companies than ever before with our consulting services."
Hanscome has over 23 years of experience in the Human Capital Management software and consulting services industries, having served as a practitioner, consultant, software executive, and industry analyst. He has provided leading-edge consulting services for numerous organizations including Barclays Global Investors, Mayo Clinic, Bank of Oklahoma, Texans Credit Union, and Tishman-Speyer.
"I am very pleased to join HRchitect and take responsibility for growing our HCM Technology Strategy practice," said Ron Hanscome. "I have watched HRchitect's growth over the past few years and am impressed by its clear distinction and recognition as the market leader in Talent Management Systems consulting services. Their leadership presence is further evidenced by their 10 years in business and more than 400 projects they have completed with a "Who’s Who" of companies throughout the world."
Prior to joining HRchitect, Hanscome led Oracle’s HCM Applications Marketing team, serving as a thought leader and evangelist for Oracle’s HCM product lines. He was also Senior Program Director with META Group, an IT research and advisory firm, where he authored over forty pieces of industry shaping HCM research. In addition, Hanscome worked as an HRMS practitioner with United Health Group and Medtronic, as a consultant with Watson Wyatt, and as a software vendor executive with Ceridian Employer Services and Lawson Software.
"What really excites me about this opportunity," continued Hanscome, "is that I’ve encountered so many organizations over the years that operate in silos, where one part of HR doesn’t know what other HR functions or business groups are doing. Without our help, the typical evaluation and selection of HCM systems is myopically focused on individual or department needs rather than enterprise-wide needs, goals and objectives. HRchitect is positioned to make a true difference for our clients."
