Another Favorable Decision has been Granted to a National Security Clearance Applicant, Represented by Attorney Alan Edmunds of the Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP

In case number 03-25260 the Department of Defense intended to revoke the Applicant's security clearance based on Guideline B (Foreign Influence). The Government was concerned that the Applicant "may be manipulated or induced to help a foreign person, group, organization or government in a way that is not in U.S. interests or is vulnerable to pressure or coercion by any foreign interests." Attorney Edmunds submitted numerous character references and performance evaluations to the Department of Defense on behalf of the Applicant. The Administrative Law Judge found that the information provided by Attorney Edmunds and his client "alleviated any foreign influence concerns."

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 12, 2007 -- Another favorable decision has been granted to a National Security Clearance Applicant, represented by Attorney Alan Edmunds of the Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP. Once again, proving that experience makes the difference.

In case number 03-25260 the Department of Defense intended to revoke the Applicant's security clearance based on Guideline B (Foreign Influence). The Applicant, a 33-year-old male who had held a security clearance for 15 years, was married to a Russian citizen.

The Government was concerned that the Applicant "may be manipulated or induced to help a foreign person, group, organization or government in a way that is not in U.S. interests or is vulnerable to pressure or coercion by any foreign interests."

Attorney Edmunds submitted numerous character references and performance evaluations to the Department of Defense on behalf of the Applicant. It was also discussed that the Applicant was involved in pending divorce litigation and had no contact with his wife whatsoever. The Administrative Law Judge found that the information provided by Attorney Edmunds and his client "alleviated any foreign influence concerns."
